Dear Family,

I'm so sorry for your loss.

I know you don't know me but my mom, Era Popp, was a friend of your mom at Via Christi. I met your mom when I was helping my mom and I always enjoyed our visits. I gave her a teddy bear right after she moved in and she cherished it. I also brought her flowers and I gave her a picture of me and my mom after my mom passed away in 2014. They were great friends and played Bingo together. They ate at the same table and had lots of long talks.

I'm absolutely positive that Francis earned her place in heaven many times. She was such a sweetheart. I'm sure she'll run into my mom soon.

Again, so sorry for your loss.
