I am so very sorry for your loss. Please find comfort in God's sure promise of a resurrection as set forth in the Bible. (Acts 24:15; John 5:28,29) Those who are raised to life will have the prospect of never again being subject to misery, sickness, or death. (Revelation 21:4) I hope that reflecting on these thoughts will give you some relief during this difficult time.

I was saddened to see Harold has passed. Growing up in the Saline River Valley just a mile from their farm provided me with many opportunities to enjoy the Hall family hospitality, whether it was a dip in their water tank (pool), a piece of delicious squash bread, or hiking around the hills with the kids. Harold was kind, supportive, and helpful to all of his valley neighbors. My condolences to Steve and Donna.

Harold and Helen were our wonderful neighbors in Hays for 10 years. We moved to Lawrence in 1990 and I really lost track of our former, beloved neighborhood once Ruth Reising died and Frances Billings moved to Lawrence. I always enjoyed chatting with these two. They were always so kind to Ryan and Robyn, our youngest two children, who loved knocking on their door. Ryan and Paul played together often. Wonderful, wonderful memories!!
