Douglas Wayne LaRosh
Douglas Wayne LaRosh, 64, Kill Creek Township, Osborne County, died Friday, April 4, 2025 at HaysMed.
He was born July 10, 1960 in Osborne, the son of Max and Alice (Wineland) LaRosh. Douglas graduated from Osborne High School, and he farmed, ranched, and raised greyhounds. On June 3, 1989 he was united in marriage to Julie Price and to this union were born four children. Douglas was a member of the Osborne United Methodist Church, and he enjoyed county fairs, the state fair, and 4-H. He dearly loved his grandchildren, raising his children, and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his mother, Alice LaRosh of Natoma, two daughters, Megan LaRosh and Reide LaRosh, both of Kansas City, Missouri, two sons, Doyle LaRosh of Mulvane and Eric LaRosh of Port Hueneme, California, a brother, Michael LaRosh and wife Dee of Overland Park, three sisters, Kathy Shike of Manhattan, Charyne LaRosh of Denver, Colorado, and Keri LaRosh and husband Brandon Dills of Clearwater, two grandchildren, Rowan and Max LaRosh, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Services are pending and will be announced at a later date. Memorials may be made payable to Eric LaRosh to be used for family wishes. Services are in the care of Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home and condolences and memories of Douglas may be shared with his family at www.haysmemorial.com
