J. Randall “Randy” Finn

J. Randall “Randy” Finn, 67, Ulysses, died Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at HaysMed.

He was born January 27, 1954 in Hoisington, the son of Bob and Jean (Valerius) Finn. In 1972, he graduated from Hoisington High School. He owned and operated Finn Well Services. On December 31, 1976 he was united in marriage to Becky LaRue in Hoisington and they were married 45 years. He was a KU sports fan, liked reading, and with his wife enjoyed building furniture, birdhouses, and creating sculptures. More than anything, he loved his family.

Survivors include his wife Becky of Ulysses, son: Izzy Finn and wife Celia Earle of Hays, a grandson: Arthur, mother-in-law: Audrey LaRue of Hays, and two brothers: Greg Finn and wife Marcia of Manhattan and Calvin Finn and wife Debbie of Hoisington.

He was preceded in death by his parents, father-in-law: Paul LaRue, and brother: Steve Finn.
