Keith Ostrom

Keith Ostrom, 43, formerly of Hays, died Thursday, February 12, 2026.

He was born October 18, 1982 in Hays, the son of Stephen F. and Laura J. (Weber) Ostrom.  Keith was a mechanic and did construction work.  He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and getting together with friends to play poker or throw darts.  He was also a loyal Denver Broncos fan. 

Survivors include his father Stephen, brother James Ostrom, and sister Theresia Ostrom, all of Hays.

He was preceded in death by his mother, grandparents, and numerous aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Houchen officiating.  The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 on Tuesday and from 10:00 am until service time on Wednesday, all at the funeral home.  Memorials are suggested to the National Kidney Foundation.  Condolences and memories of Keith may be shared with his family at www.haysmemorial.com
