Mason Alexander Taylor, infant son of Brandon and Kayla (Glines) Taylor was silently born on June 22, 2021 at Hays Medical Center, too precious for this world at 33 weeks, weighing 5 pounds 3.3 ounces and 17.5 inches long. 

He was greeted in heaven by his grandfather Jimmy Glines, and great-grandparents: Esther Colburn, Larry and Goldie Becker, Jerry Glines, and Roy Robbins. 

He is mourned on earth by his parents and big sister Charlotte Taylor of Hays, KS, grandparents: Victoria and Joseph Kathman of Juniata, NE and Mike and Denise Taylor of Canton, KS, great-grandparents: Evelyn and Chester Taylor of Salina, KS, Lawrence Colburn of Kearney NE, and Linda Glines of Grand Island, NE, aunts and uncles: Danelle Glines (Chris Weigel) of Hays, KS, Holly (Alex) Leiker of Hays, KS, Heather Pettie of Fargo, ND, and Monica (Seth) Diederich of McPherson, cousins: Braden Weigel of Hays, KS, Carter, Cassden, Clayten, and Canaan Diederich of McPherson, KS, and numerous extended family and friends. 

Though he was called home before he ever got to spend time with us, he touched so many of our lives deeply.  And to think, the first thing he saw when he opened his eyes was the face of Jesus, and the first thing he felt was the loving touch of those we ourselves, long to hug. Our little angel will never be forgotten. 

Funeral services will be at 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at Hays Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, with Pastor Ron Wedel officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 10:30 at the funeral home.  A luncheon will follow after the services.  Condolences and memories of Mason may be shared with the family at www.haysmemorial.com
