Judy: Sorry to hear of your father's death. I remember him well. My dad and he were good friends--having made many a round together on the Hays golf course.

I cried some today. We lost a unique and memorable man. He is the father of daughters, one of the hardest and most heart-gladdening jobs in the world. I laugh so hard at some of those stories. For the rest of us he was a treasury of family history, unassuming pastoral wisdom, and could inspire me to remember God in the song of a bird, or the stars in the sky. I will carry him with me always.

Hello Barb & sisters. Your dad lived a long life and had the good care and devotion of all of you until the end, what a blessing. Sorry, we are out of town this weekend and won't be able to make the services, but we will keep you in our prayers.
