I am praying that Cecilia is in eternal peace. My sympathy to all the family and know that I pray for you in this time of grieving.
I only knew Cecilia in these later years when I lived here in Garden City with Sister Bertilla. She was always very hospitable and full of energy to visit.
Now she and Bertilla are having great visits all the time :)

On behalf of my sisters and I, we would like to convey our deepest sympathy on the death of you mother. She was a loving, caring, and gentle person. I should add patience, as well, as I look back to my teen years and the number of summer nights I sat on the steps with your parents. Looking back, they both greeted me and allowed me to interrupt their peaceful summer nights and time together. Once, while in college and living on 17th street, a tornado was sighted. I called and asked if I could come over to their basement and was welcomed. You all were great neighbors. I only saw your mom a few times after I left Hays, but when I did, she was still the wonderful person I remembered.
May your loving memories help carry you through this difficult time.
