One of my longest standing good friends that will be sorely missed.
We started out at the student hospital at KU together many long years ago, and have tried to keep in touch through the years.

Smitty was one of the best loved and admired member of our Class of 1955 from the KU school of nursing. My late husband, Dwight Woods, and I enjoyed visiting her and Max once in Garden City, and once at a later reunion. My condolences to their children and grandchildren. Cynthia Quick Thorne Woods
