Evelyn was a student of mine when she returned to college. She was an excellent student and a good friend. I saw her a few weeks ago in the grocery store and we chatted about "old times," Evelyn shall be missed.

I truly enjoyed having Mrs. Bieker as my typing teacher at Hays High in the 1970's and have always been grateful for what she taught me. I have carried those skills with me to this very day. Thank you Mrs. Bieker and Rest in Peace. My sincere condolences to her friends and family.

Dear Bieker family~
Deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. Evelyn was a dear friend to me growing up on 24th Street. I used to love babysitting for Vicki and the conversations Evelyn and I would have. She'd always watch me walk back home from her house at night when it was dark to make sure I'd make it back home safely. Such a sweet and caring lady. She'll be missed by many!

My condolences to the family. I knew Evelyn through teaching. When she was teaching I was a substitute teacher, and she was one of favorite teachers to substitute for. She had a great passion for teaching. She gave the students a good foundation of learning. She will be missed, but her memories will live on in the hearts of many.

I loved Aunt Evelyn from the first time I met her. She was so kind and loving to me from the start, bringing me right into the family. I considered her my Aunt as much as she was Paul's. I am so sorry for your loss, and it is a loss to all who knew and loved her.
