Giff was one of my shirt tail relatives as he and my Mother were step brother and sister. I believe he lived with my folks for a time when he first came to Kansas from Illinois. He and my Dad both had long careers at Texaco. He always called me "Gary Lee" which made me feel just like a kid. He was one of the good guys.
