My deepest condolences to Randy and the rest of the Boggs Family at the loss of your husband and father, Deane. I worked with Deane at KDOT from the time I was named Area Engineer until his retirement. We didn't always get along, but through great management and use of his knowledge and abilities we made Area 3 the best place to be in District 3. Maintenance crews were always at the ready and performed far and above any other crews in the District. His dedication to the job was superior. I know you will miss him greatly, as he was first and foremost a family man.
