To the Hertel Family,
Your mother was my brother Ken's landlady when he went to college. I remember Ken holding Kathy on his knee. As the years passed Ken became a CPA and your parents were always an important part of his life. I always remember the twinkle in his eye whenever Lucy would come into the office, and I too knew and thought the world of your mother. My sincere condolences to the family during this sad time.

My deepest sympathy to each of you. Lucy was one of the most supportive Moms I ever dealt with in my teaching career. She always had a big smile and an encouraging comment. Whenever I saw her she made my day. Celebrate a wonderful life. Bless you all.
