My sincere sympathy to the entire family. Dick & Terri were my good neighbors many years ago and I saw their children grow up. And now there are precious grandchildren. Loree is one of the dearest people I know and a remarkable bridge player! I miss that. And Linda has been a good friend for a very long time. Terri and family: My prayers are for all of you . I grew up with Dick, Donna and Linda as we were next door neighbors on 21st. Dick left me with many memories of the many times we played baseball, marbles and knife games. I so enjoyed his humor. May your memories be brought forward in this sad time for you. Lon

I worked with Dick in the late 90's. I was a new hire at Becker Tire and learned so much from him. He was in our profession a True Salesman . God bless your family and Dick.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of Dick. I grew up with him on 21st. Street. I had fond memories of the Riggs family, especially Dick, Donna and Linda. He was a true friend to me and enjoyed the times I saw him when I was back in Hays. Please accept my condolences!!

I am so sorry to hear about Dick. We loved him here at Becker Tire! He was always such a joy to be around! I loved his warm and caring smile and his hard work ethic. He was a man to be proud of. I am Teri Becker Stephenson. Harold Becker was my Grandpa and Wayne was my dad. Dad and Grandpa thought very highly of Dick and I got to know him in the year that I worked there. Dick was a very sweet, kind and hard working. I know he was a good and decent man who was dependable, honest and very commited to his job. I was so SO sorry to hear of his passing. I want to offer me and my husband's condolences to the entire family and those closest to him. May God sustain you all during this difficult and sad time! May He give you HIS comfort, HIS strength and HIS peace that exceeds all understanding. Again, I am just so sorry for your loss.

I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one, Dick. I worked with him at Becker Tire for many years and he was a wonderful man. I always loved visiting with him. He was an inspiration to us all, going through what he did and always a smile for you .He will genuinely be missed.
