Vickie was one of my very best buddies from Hays High School. I have so many great memories of the good times we had together. We nearly got kicked out of the public library due to our fits of uncontrollable laughter while "studying" together. My heart goes out to the Rupp and Walters families. May God comfort you all.

Mrs. Rupp was my gifted ed teacher for a couple years. She was tough but I loved having her teach me. I'm very sorry for your loss, she was a wonderful lady and hopefully her work and memory lives on.

Bob, I was shocked to read of Vicki's passing. Please accept my condolences for your loss. She was a wonderful contributor to our community and gave of herself to help others less fortunate. One of those people communities need and who are sorely missed when gone.

I am so very sorry for your loss. It's always so sad to lose someone so very young. I'm Millie Wasinger's oldest daughter here in Hutchinson, I didn't get to spend much time with Vicki, but when we did see each other, there was that feeling of the close family bond. Vicki was a very special lady and I know that she will be missed by many. My prayers are with the family she has left behind.
