In behalf of all the Washington Rupp’s I extend our love and compassion to all Wilma’s family and friends. She was the first member of the Hays Rupp Family I met when I started dating her cousin, Don Rupp. When Don and I married, even though we lived in different cities in Colorado, New Mexico and later Washington State, Wilma and her family were regular visitors to our home. Wilma was a generous and loving spirit where ever she was. I will so miss her physical presence, but thinking of her will always warm and brighten my day. I can’t help but believe she is having a great time visiting, interacting and laughing with Herb, her parents and the parade of amazing and wonderful relatives she has joined on the other side. Lots of love, Don’s Joan.

Mary,
It has been many years....but I have very fond memories of many, many days and nights at your house. You mom was very funny. Everyone loved to be at your house and your mom welcomed all! She chaperoned our senior trip to Colorado Springs...she was as fun as all the rest of the girls!!! I am sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your mom. She was a wonderful woman. I have lots of memories of holidays with all of our family at different homes, where she was always a big part of the celebration, cooking, laughing, and generally enjoying life. I haven't seen her in many years, but please know that she and all of you are in my prayers!
Love you all!

We have such great memories with Aunt Wilma. We are thankful she also knew our girls and spent time with them in Hays and when she came to visit us with Mary Lou. We are so happy that we were able to visit her when we came through Hays in July. Our thoughts are with you all during this time. Love you all!

I have such fond memories of Wilma, Aunt Anna, and Grandma Rosie having coffee in the afternoons together. What many did not appreciate about Wilma was her keen intellect and intelligence. Going back to school and getting her RN after her children were raised and out of the house speaks volumes about Wilma. She will be missed, but never forgotten. God's Speed Wilma. We all love you.
